The engine is very flexible, and can be set up to present users options for group benefits; it can also be used as a marketplace for individual benefits, presenting users with either a specific set of options, or options from leading insurers across the country.
ConnectedHealth maintains a proprietary library of consumer-oriented information and customer support content. This library is included as a part of our platform. Clients can add their own content to the library in the form of documents, files, videos, or articles.
Additionally, clients can opt to leverage ConnectedHealth’s online support, including co-browsing and online chat, or telephonic support, all staffed by US-based licensed agents.
ConnectedHealth holds a broker’s license for health and life insurance in every state.
